1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website (www.ismod.mk) is owned by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje and is intended for searching and purchasing products and services, which can be used by all legal and natural persons over 18 years of age.

By visiting this website, you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Use, so please read them carefully before using our website.

MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje does not assume any responsibility if the user has not read these terms of use and does not apply them.

If you do not agree with any part of the terms of use, please immediately leave this website and stop using the services offered.
These terms of use may change at any time without notice.

In these terms of use, under the term “user” of this website are considered the visitor and the buyer, which have the following meanings:

(i) A visitor to the site is any natural person over 18 years of age who accesses the website www.ismod.mk through electronic means of communication and reviews the offer of products and/or services.

(ii) A buyer is a natural person over 18 years of age or a legal entity who orders and buys products and/or services from the offer of MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje through the website www.ismod.mk.

For the user entering into a business relationship with MOD ELECTRONICKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje, these Terms of Use apply, as well as the positive legal regulations in the Republic of North Macedonia.

2. OFFERS AND PRICES

All products are displayed on the website together with clear price information.
All offers and prices available on the website may change at any time, without prior notice.

MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje reserves the right to change offers and prices for promotional purposes, without prior notice.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY

The delivery of your orders is carried out by employees of MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje, who make payment during delivery with a mobile fiscal cash register and/or through a courier service.

The products offered by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje are devices for heating non-combustible tobacco cartridges.

Given that the products are intended exclusively for adults over 18 years old, they will not be delivered to people under 18 years old.

The age upon delivery is checked by employees of MOD ELECTRONICS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje and/or the courier through the user’s personal documents (identity card, driver’s license, passport).

Delivery is carried out at the place specified as the delivery location by the user when placing the order.

The user is obliged to provide an accurate address and sufficient directions so that the delivery can be made by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje and/or courier service.

Delivery of the products in the city of Skopje is free for every order whose value is over 900 denars.

For delivery to other places throughout the Republic of North Macedonia, it is not free, it is charged with a fee from the courier service depending on the place from where the order was made.

Delivery time is within 2 to 3 working days from the day of confirmation that the order has been received for the territory of the city of Skopje.

For other parts of the Republic of North Macedonia, the delivery deadline is 3 to 5 working days from the day of confirmation that the order has been received.

According to these Terms, you accept that authorized representatives of MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje may contact you for matters related to determining the delivery and sale of the products.

MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje reserves the right to deliver the products after the expiration of the delivery time in cases where the delivery is delayed due to obstacles, events or circumstances that MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje is unable to prevent , avoid or remove by taking reasonable actions.

Upon delivery, the person who receives the order has the obligation to inspect it in the presence of the employee of MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL Import-Export Skopje or the courier from the courier service, and if the order is complete and appropriate, he signs the Personal Data Protection Statement.

4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The user who received an order from MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje has the right to return the products within 15 days from the day of receipt at the latest, provided that they are unused, undamaged and in the complete original packaging delivered by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje including the packaging and safety marks.

The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the user for whose benefit the order was made and delivered by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje, unless it is determined that the product delivered by MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje is unsuitable or defective.
In case of return of the products and request for a refund by the user, the funds will be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned products at MOD ELECTRONIKS 2021 DOOEL import-export Skopje.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms of use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the positive legal regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Any dispute or claim that may arise out of or in connection with the terms of use or in connection with their implementation, the parties will attempt to resolve amicably. Otherwise, the Basic Civil Court Skopje is competent.
