“Controller” is a natural or legal person, body of the state government, state authority or legal person established by the state for the exercise of public powers, agency or other body, which independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and method of processing personal data, and when the purposes and method of personal data processing are determined by law, the same law determines the controller or the special criteria for its determination;

“Processor of a collection of personal data” is a natural or legal person, body of the state government, state authority or legal person established by the state for exercise of public powers, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

“User” is a natural or legal person, body of the state government, state authority or legal entity established by the state for exercise of public powers, agency or other body to which personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. However, state government bodies and state bodies to which personal data is disclosed within the framework of a special investigation in accordance with the law are not considered users, whereby the processing of this data by these authorities must be in accordance with the applicable rules for protection of personal data according to the purposes of that processing;

“Third party” is any natural or legal person, body of the state government, state authority or legal entity established by the state for exercise of public powers, agency or other body, which is not subject of personal data, controller, processor or person, which under the direct authority of the controller or processor is authorized to process the data;

Right to data portability in accordance with Article 24 of the Personal Data Protection Law – You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have previously submitted to us, in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable form and you have the right to have that data transfer to another controller without a problem from our side, if the following conditions are cumulatively met:

  • The processing is based on consent within the framework of Article 10, paragraph (1), point 1 or Article 13 paragraph (2), point 2 of the Personal Data Protection Law or on the basis of an agreement, in accordance with Article 10, paragraph (1), point 2 of the same law; the processing is performed automatically.
  • This right also includes the right for your personal data to be immediately transferred to another controller directly by us, provided that this is technically feasible.
